To request a reprint of your order (or part of it), just a few simple steps:
Send an email within 10 calendar days of receiving the goods to info@delducaprint.it, attaching photographs of the defective material and explaining the reasons for the dispute. In the subject of the email, remember to always specify the reference order number.
If in-depth and technical checks on damaged material or with printing defects are not necessary, we can immediately reprint your order. However, if we were to carry out a more detailed analysis, you will be asked to send the material to our office Via Vecchia del Bosco snc,80034 Marigliano | Naples | ITALY. Once the defective goods have been verified, we will reprint the order free of charge with the shipping times chosen during the order phase.
